This apartment is being furnished right now, we are 2 girls in our 30’s, we’ve met in a Martial Arts environment and became friends. We’re now looking for a 3rd roommate, to fill a large room with lots of natural light
There is a no shoes, policy, my dog gets everything wiped before stepping in as well.
We value roommates with a good track record and who live a mostly sober lifestyle.
Although we’re lively, we’re pretty calm, clean and well mannered.
We’re seeking for a long-term roommate, but we’re open to suggestions.
There will be a sublease contract before handing you the keys.
