I have a furnished room with a queen bed available for short term stay, for a week while I’m traveling. I’m also offering a very reduced rate in exchange for cat-sitting. You’ll have the whole house to yourself. Suitable for a single person or couple. $500 per week.
The house has everything you will need for a short stay in Brooklyn, including one private parking spot. There is one queen bed in the guest room, and the rental is suitable for 1-2 people.
You will be the only guests/ residents in the house other than our friendly indoor cat. You will have access to all areas of the house except 2 private bedrooms and the basement. We’re offering this reduced rental rate in exchange for some basic pet & house-sitting duties. Our setup is closer to a home exchange where you have the benefits and responsibilities of staying in a private house. It’s an oasis in the city but it’s not the same as renting a hotel room or staying in a B&B.
We are in a safe and friendly neighbourhood on the 2/5 subway line in Flatbush, Brooklyn (8 min walk to subway station). Quick and easy access to all the fabulous neighbourhoods of Brooklyn and NYC.
You should have some basic experience with pet care. No smoking, visiting pets or parties.
Must have good references.
