Our 1-bedroom apartment apartment is available to rent in our Midtown West luxury building for any 1-2 week stretch of 2025. Dates are always flexibile. Just 5 blocks south of Central Park (5-minute walk), one avenue from tons of great restaurants and vibes in Hell’s Kitchen, and an 8-minute walk to Times Square.

The it is ~800 sq ft, great views from 20+ stories with beatable natural slight and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Looking for $350/night + $150 cleaning fee.
This price includes all furnishings, amenities + utilities (heating)/wifi/cable/streaming. You may stay in the it with up to 4 people — we have a queen-sized air mattress that you may use.
Gym, ladry and terrace in-building. Friendly concierge desk at your convenience. We have a luxurious $3200 Stearns and Foster King size mattress. Asking for a 20% deposit upon contract signing to-be-returned within 3 days of check-out and for the full payment of your stay upon arrival. Our building is very cooperative with subletters/ short-term renters, as we have had multiple in the past. As a lifelong New Yorker, I am happy to help you plan your stay in NYC as well!
The apartment is right in the heart of the city — we are within a 3-minute walk from nearly all subway lines, which can easily take you anywhere in the 5 boroughs.
Please message me with a short bio and reason for your visit and then we can have a call to discuss details. Please note that this is our full-time home and we rent it out on occasion to subsidize trips/vacations, so we really make sure you are a good fit. We rent out the apartment multiple times/year on Craigslist and have a pretty thorough process.
