Your own apartment is the only thing that’s clean in this place. We’re lucky to have the shared hallways vacuumed.

Recent fire in the building and the perpetrator is free, has broken in multiple times, and comes by at night to “grab his mail.”
Bats like to visit. Pipes have exploded and there are continuous “mystery” leaks. The windows are original to the building so you have no chance of preventing spiders and bugs from getting in. Flies and spiders live in the hallways.
Landlord fod guilty of racketeering and when ordered to pay the money back he filed for bankruptcy. That’s the newest excuse as to why repairs have been put off.
He’s also rented apartments that legally are inhabitable or do not meet state standards.
Drug users, alcoholics, and abusive couples live here and they will make it known, usually after 10PM, if they are upset. The police know us at this point.
For your own safety and sanity, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Good luck in your search.
