One Bedroom apartment with living room, deck, off street parking for one car. Utilities are not included. Furnished. Heat is electric. Tenant needs an accot with Central Hudson. We will include trash and recycling collection – for one person’s home trash – no work trash. Water is also included. Furnished as pictured. All new curtains in bedroom and living room. Bedroom has one large window, a full size bed, a built-in closet, a dresser and a side table. We plan to update/replace the ceiling fans before October.
Kitchen is open to dining area/ living room. Kitchen cabinets are original wood that have been painted white. Kitchen is also furnished. We can remove or include items as agreed with tenant. We are also willing to rent -furnished.

Living room and bedroom have grey carpeting. Possibility of an indoor small pet and tenant would agree to cleaning/repair charges, as needed when vacating. Our current pet is not comfortable with other animals on the property/outside. Pets must be pre-approved There is light grey carpeting in living room and bedroom which we might replace. However, if you are wanting to bring a pet, we will shampoo the rug rather than replace. Absolutely no smoking. Tenant MUST carry renter’s insurance. Available date is October 24th.
Rent is $1500. October rent last week $400. One month security $1500 and November’s month rent due at signing, $3400 total. Minimum of 6 month stay.
