You’d be renting a freshly renovated apartment with modern minimalist touches. Our apartment utilizes the warmth of wood, non-toxic finishes, natural materials, and a constant supply of filtered cotry air. The apartment is powered by the s in the summer and it’s within a super-insulated building, which means you’ll be experiencing optimal indoor temperatures.

2. Start Date: Aug 1st, 2nd, or 3rd (best case scenario). Later in Aug/Sept also possible.
3. Comes with several furnishings: table & chairs, couch & coffee table, one bed frame (Queen) with organic latex mattress, wooden kitchen table w/four chairs, and blackout blinds.
4. Utilities are INCLUDED: Consistent cost living of $2,400 a month! Average NY state utility cost is $400 a month, so picture the base rent arod $2,000. The following is included *Hot water * Heating and Cooling * Electric *Two parking Spaces * Internet
5. Includes Quartz cotertops, dishwasher, fridge, electric range and microwave.
