My family will be away from 8/8 til after Labor Day Weekend. We have a nice 3 bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. Close to all main restaurants, parks, subway lines, and in a nice treelined street on the 87th street just a block away from Carl Schultz park and boardwalk/waterfront. Also close to MET, Guggenheim, Central Park, and many other main NYC attractions (I am happy to give you the list of all TO DOs while in NYC).
It is perfect for a family with smaller kids since our kids room has a bk toddler size beds. So kids up to 8 years could fit in the beds (bed is custom made). Another two rooms have full size beds and living room sofa is also really good to sleep on if needed.
We are subletting apartment for $350/night. Rate might be negotiable for the right people if staying longer. Happy to sublet for a week or longer but not past Labor Day Weekend.
