The building is elevated with a ladry mat, and a restaurant is across the street. Use of living room, kitchen and bathroom. YOU MUST BE a medical resident or a medical intern ( or on hospital rotation). Hospitals arod my area include: Coney Island Hospital is about one mile away. King Highway Hospital [also known as Beth Israel] is about a mile away in the other direction. Buses and local trains can also take you quickly to Kings Coty and Down State Medical Center. I may welcome a student from a local college or an international student instead. You will share the apartment with a professional working female with no pets. Close to buses and trains to get to iversity or a hospital quickly. $950 cash firm. Gas and electric are included in rent.DO NOT contact me if you are a regular hospital employee.
