I am renting my furnished downtown apartment tucked away on a quiet street in Lowertown just 5 minutes from the Byward Market and close to the University of Ottawa. Postal code is K1N 8K1

The apartment is fully furnished with new furniture and appliances (includes a queen size bed, full bedroom set, private balcony, tv, kitchenware, in-it ladry, brand new dishwasher, microwave, reverse osmosis water filter and AC). There is an ergonomic sit-stand desk in the room with lots of bedroom closet space.
The apartment is located right along the Rideau River with water passage access for paddleboarding, kayaking, or any small boats. There are scenic bike paths along the river for rning and cycling all year-rod.
I am looking for someone responsible who will respect and take care of my space like it’s their own while I am away. This is a great apartment for a student, couple or yog professional.
No pets or smokers due to allergies and sensitivities.
Free street parking is available. Utilities are not included and can range anywhere between $90-$140 per month depending on your usage. Internet is a high download speed (500 mpbs) and is $35 per month.
Bus stop is a 3 minute walk. Metro grocery store is 7 min walk away. Rideau centre is 8 min drive.
