Subletting my room in Crown Heights (Kingston Av C), Jan 4 thru Feb 4 (dates are flexible). $1,500 for the month, inclusive of utilities.

The room has a comfortable Japanese futon that rolls/folds up to give you more space. The desk is custom built to fit in the corner of the window. Electric heat pump in each room. I will be installing blinds on the windows this week. There’s lots of storage (closet in room and more storage in our basement). Bike rack and ladry in building. Big kitchen/living area you’d have mostly to yourself. I live with two roommates, but one will be traveling half the month, and the other works out of the home most days.
