For your consideration, I am offering a private furnished bedroom in a colonial home in the Fisher Hill commity in White Plains, NY. The room is fully furnished and has ladry service included. Off-street parking is also available upon request. Microwave, coffee maker, and snacks were offered plentifully as well as a variety of juices. Refrigerator space offered; however, no cooking or overnight guest permitted. Candidate must be employed or in school. References are required and 1st month rent and 1 month security requested upon moving in. No indoor smoking, please.
