I am subletting my private room and bath while I travel. You’ll be sharing the apartment with my 4 roommates. We have a full kitchen and living room as well. I prefer to rent all 4 weeks at once for $1600, but also willing to work something out. Shoot me a message and let’s talk.
The room:
High ceilings and South facing double windows. 3rd floor walk up. Roof access available. A bed and pillow with multiple sheets will be provided. The living room comes with a TV. The kitchen has pots and pans for you to use, plus a microwave and air fryer.
Utilities are included in the rent.
The location:
You’ll be in prime Gowanus, with Park Slope and Prospect Park nearby. The DNR are a 7 min walk away and the FG a 12 minute walk. I recommend the local Associated for groceries, about 10 min away. There are also Citibike stations nearby, making Manhattan only a 30 minute bike.
