Offering my entire one bedroom apartment to someone at a reduced rate if willing to look after one cat. $75/night (inclusive of all utilities, etc). $1,200 total if the full 16 nights work for you. (I can have some wiggle room if you need a few days shorter).

Prime location – one block from G train. Right on Franklin & India St. Unfortately no ladry in the building, but there is a ladromat one block away.
Queen size bedroom, and hardwood floors throughout, exposed brick walls! Located in the heart of Greenpoint, near some of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment places in the neighborhood. Close proximity to major public transportation India Street Ferry, G Train (with easy access to 7, E, and M subway lines), L train, and B43 & B62 Bus Lines.
$75/night includes all utilities and high speed wifi. This is a bit cheaper than what I pay to live here if you want the option to look after the cutest cat in the neighborhood.
Ideally looking for a mature, responsible, and clean person.
