This is a tiny house built in a colonial architectural style completed in 2018 and has all the conveniences of a larger home without the high utility costs. It comes with a washer/dryer, granite coter tops and breakfast bar/ island and everything you need to live dishes, pots and pans, etc. All you need is your own linens. It has a full size tub/shower with an on-demand hot water which means you never r out of hot water and you only pay for the hot water you use. There are smart flat screen TV’s and a sleeping loft–there is a narrow circular staircase to the sleeping loft–this place is not for someone who is physically challen. It has plenty of windows and it is light and airy and has a large fenced private backyard. It has dual heating capability– electric and propane– depending on the choice of the tenant and lots of quirky/cool extras. It is situated on a quiet residential street in the Village several blocks from the local hospital, parks and library. The rent is $1,200/month including a $200 utility allowance to cover heating, electricity and water/sewer. The allowance is sufficient to cover these costs in normal circumstances; will provide additional info if requested. High speed Wi-Fi is present at an additional cost of $75 and trash removal is $40/month. We handle snow removal and lawn care as needed.
