Seeking quiet, responsible and respectful roommate (M or F.) to share a large 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Astoria. 10 minute walk to both the N train (30th Ave Station) and the M & R train (Steinway St Station) 2 blocks from ladromat and supermarket.

The bedroom is large and sny with a closet. We are 2 responsible and easy going men in our 50s. Bathroom is clean with good hot water and water pressure.
