There are 3 properties together amoting to 11 its total. One house has 4 its and the other two houses have 7 its. All the its have separate utilities. Tenants are responsible for their own electric and gas. The properties do need some TLC. Recent work includes new driveway and new roofs on all 3 houses in December of 2024. The current total rent is about $4k a month which is way dervalued. There are 3 vacancies at the moment. I was collecting $7k monthly when fully occupied.
