The apartment is a 2BR/1BA in Hamilton Heights, Manhattan, 4th-floor walk-up, with in-it ladry and a dishwasher. You’ll be sharing the space with my lovely roommate, a sweet girl in her early 20s.
We’re about a 7-minute walk to the 1/A/B/C/D trains, roughly 20–35 minutes to Midtown, depending on where you’re headed.
I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and responsible.
Total price: $1,350 for the entire stay (utilities and wifi included).
Deposit: $675, fully refdable if there’s no damage.
