Good for swimming/ tubing/ kayaks/ fishing etc. About 10 minutes to Salem/ Cambridge/ Greenwich villages ((Great location)) Home has ALL new laminate floors and more. Brand-new electric forced air furnace and water heater, both are energy efficient products, Brand-New 2 door fridge, nice electric stove and microwave. Has washer and dryer hook up, bathhroom is all NEW. Place includes private well clean (water) up dated large septic (sewer) also #2 large (Trash) cans they get picked up once a week (All included) Also includes a nice (Husqvarna rider mower) to borrow. Beacause tenant is responsable for mowing the lawn AND Tenant pays there own electric bill. The Rent is $1,700 per month plus you pay your own electric bill. Can split RENT in 2 payments if needed?
