$1300 all inclusive for December 1st. This fully furnished, private, basement small but well appointed one bedroom; includes limited high speed WiFi. Although a basement, it is very bright and newly renovated. Most of the ceiling is 7 ft but there is a small area where it is 6 ft so not suited for those 6 feet or taller. It is located in the trendy west end, a two-minute walk from the UP Express train to the Airport and Union stations, a 5 minute walk to two subway stations (Ddas West and Lansdowne), great food and so much more. The kitchen does not include a full stove/oven but there is a hotplate, electric wok, large toaster oven, microwave, mini-fridge and many other kitchen amenities. There is no smoking or pets, as the house has a pushed air furnace. The ladry mat is located two doors away. Serious inquiries only please.
