I am looking for one roommate to fill the available medium/large sized bedroom in our 3 BR apartment. The room has a large closet, it is pretty private since it’s on the opposite side of the apartment from the other bedrooms, and it has the best light. He; provides plenty of heat and monthly extermination, does all major repairs, and pays someone to take out the garbage. We also have 2 bathrooms. Our home is a safe, beautiful, and clean place to live as a fodation for our lives. A brand new single bed can be provided if neccessary but the room is otherwise furnished.
Flushing is safe, ique, and incredibly culturally rich. It’s known as a foodie paradise and it has all the amenities you possibly could need within walking distance (doctors, movies, department stores etc…). The building is a 3 minute walk from the Murry Hill LIRR stop and a good 10 min walk to the 7 at Main Street. Utilites are about 70$ a month (WiFi, gas, and electric only. Heat is included in rent).
We are both cis gendered people who are travelers. Sebastian is a 23 year old crew member for Delta Airlines at Laguardia airport. I am a 48 year old queer woman who is artist with a job at the NYC Department of Education. We are clean, kind, supportive, and responsible. We are looking for the same qualities in a roommate to add to our cooperative home.
