We are subletting our spacious, top-floor apartment directly across the street from Prospect Park from Saturday December 20 to no later than Sday January 4. We would entertain offers for a day or two briefer than this period, but none longer.
Decorated with original art and lit from east- and west-facing windows, our apartment is both a peaceful retreat and a gateway to New York City. It has an airy kitchen/common area opening out to a private terrace, a glorious upstairs bedroom (California king bed), and a spacious office-space equipped with a projector for streaming movies and TV. (We can also set this room up as a second bedroom, with a comfortable queen-sized air mattress). And one floor up is an even larger, commal rooftop where we’ve set up a picnic table and BBQ grill, perfect for summer evenings. Fast wifi throughout the apartment, and there is an electronic piano for the musically inclined.
We step out our front door directly onto the peaceful pathways of Prospect Park. (Which is idyllic for respectful dog owners, since the park has off-leash hours before 9am and after 9pm). Flatbush Avenue, the next block east, is abuzz with restaurants and life. We’re also two blocks from the Q train that can put you in Union Square, Manhattan in 25 minutes.
Daily price of $140 includes wifi and utilities, and would be pro-rated to the duration of your stay.
