Hi! I’m Jeszie (they/them), 42, working as a legal assistant at a public interest law firm. I’ve got steady income ($67K now, $70K by next year) and a reliable hybrid 9–5 schedule. Translation: bills get paid, I’m not home blasting music at 3am, and I know how to clean up after myself. That said, I love to have the occasional dinner party and a night out with friends. I come with two well-behaved documented ESAs:
• Kali, my golden doodle: social, friendly, and knows when it’s time to chill.
• Shiva, my 22-year-old cat: professional napper, basically furniture with a heartbeat.
I’m looking for a room ASAP, but can wait til November 1. Ideally somewhere with good vibes, people who are kind, and a place that feels like home rather than just four walls. Don’t expect good credit but I can prove I pay the rent! Can use rent insurance if necessary, and have been approved as recent as September 27.
