Hi NYC people! 🗽 I’m looking for a place to rent 🏡 From this Sday, October 5th.

At least for 1 month. Could be 2 or even 3 months.
Preferably Downtown Manhattan. A studio or one bedroom would be awesome.
Budget: maximum $2500 per month
I work (among other things) as a Consultant & Advisor for the Swedish watch & jewelry brand Daniel Wellington, full time. I also r a number of other business projects alongside this.

I have good finances (stable income), good references and am very responsible, reliable and orderly person.
I rent out an apartment myself, so I really know the importance of finding a good and reliable tenant. Not always easy.. 🙂
