It’s been a while but I’m looking to sublet my sweet East Village spot and decided to go on CL again. (Like I said, it’s been a while.)
And yes it’s my place. NOT a scammer.
Available immediately through Feb 1, maybe through April. I’m only looking for one tenant during that time – this is not an Airbnb – so I’m flexible on the dates, as long as the person can commit to at least three months. This apartment:
– top floor of an ELEVATOR building, rare for the east village.
– GREAT location, very close to the F, 6, N/R. Walk to Astor place/Soho/NoLita. Not way over in Alphabet City.
– fully furnished, down to the dishes.
– A/C if you need it.
– all utilities and wi-fi are included in the rent.
A few things:
– this is my home, and I’m looking for someone who will treat it the same way.
– no smoking, of anything, ever.
– sorry, no pets, not even a goldfish. No exceptions.
– cool for a single or a couple, but NO roommates.
– if you’re over 35 that’s a BIG plus.
