I’m a musician and random-job-doer, 39, looking for a place to move into on November 1st.
I’m a Christian, a musician, a quiet person, I clean my dishes, I’m a good listener—in general pretty good at being a roommate by now, after a decade in New York City. Sense of humor is deadpan/absurd.
I’m looking for a place where I’ll be able to sleep at night–not looking to live with partiers. I come with an upright piano; usually I play and write in the 10am-2pm range (but not for the full four hours)–I can be flexible about timing if you work from home, but I do need the freedom to play at some time or another. And I would never do it late at night when you are trying to sleep.
I prefer a place where I can get a cat (don’t have one currently), but it’s not essential.
The neighborhoods listed above are not a complete list! I prefer to either stay in Washington Heights or move back to my beloved Brooklyn, but any place with subway access is a consideration.
*******If interested, please introduce yourself, describe the living arrangements, and send photos of the room and the apartment!*******
