ROOM IS AVAILABLE OCTOBER 1 Priority given to someone ready to go then, not in November.

There is a shared bathroom in the apartment. Room has a shared balcony with views of Manhattan. We have spectacular ssets (see photo!)

Available on a month-to-month basis, ideally for a minimum of a few months. I’m looking for someone who needs a place on a short-term basis and doesn’t have much stuff. Room is located on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator. We are 2 blocks from the Montrose L train, 10 minutes from the Broadway G train. Perfect for students, interns, professional or international travelers, those moving back to NYC that need some flexibility.

Your roommate (and author of this post) is a 37 year old video producer, works from home some days, travels a lot, is tidy but not OCD clean. I’m an extravert, love to hang out and chat, but also happy to give you your space and not say hi every time we pass each other.
I am currently sober, but am not expecting you to be. Happy to take you out to explore the neighborhood if you’re new in town!
