Hi all my name is Tamair and I’m a law student looking for low income housing. I’ve tried all the section 8 and nycha options but have had no luck. I’m not making much money but enough to get by. Arod 1,000 a month. Any private landlords that have one bedroom properties that are located ANYWHERE in New York City or even New Jersey. I am interested. Please no rooms because it makes me comfortable which I know is realistic but it’s just me being honest. If anyone knows a private landlord or is a landlord themselves renting a 1 bedroom apartment please contact me. I need housing asap. Thank you
