Im currently living in brighton beach since 2019… Its time to leave. My landlord has filled the house with section 8 grown men that do not work. I cannot live like this. The govt has filled my block with alcoholic foreigners who do not work. I cannot live like this. The noise is bearable if you have to wake up in the morning to go to work. I plan on moving upstate in march 2027 im in the arts and i have a organizing cleaning business. I work for myself. I am neat. Gen xer in my early 50s. Born and raised in 11223. I have spectacular personal and business references and my landlord will be more than happy to provide a reference as well. Thank you Gary.
