I’m super clean and tidy, always do my dishes right away, and put away after drying rack, I’m a guy but I don’t ever leave pee on the bathroom floor arod the toilet like most guys, I take a knee to pee / make sure nothing goes outside the toilet, that’s a big pet peeve of mine when guys (ie my current roommates) just bomb pee all over the floor like it’s a hockey stadium bathroom, so, seeking a tidy situation with people who do their dishes and don’t leave the bathroom gross.

Bit of backgrod about myself I work in finance in Manhattan, used to r a disability advocacy business, and I also have a trust fd that more than covers my rent every month (RIP to my parents), so I’m reliable with the finances, I’m quiet, tidy, I actually am master level with guitar and chess, and a very positive and uplifting person, I’m honestly not the best commicator though (probably a touch autistic) so hoping to just set a nice standard early and find the right people from there. I’d put this in Facebook but my respect for free speech rights has led me to delete my facebook long ago, and sorry if you can’t see through the scams on here but obvs there is real humanity on CL here, i’d laugh if facebook burned down, CL team ride or die lol – I’m also yin and yang about dish cleanliness, not a fascist about it but like, I abide by a rule of doing most of my dishes while my food cools down and the pan gk is still hot and most easily washable. When people wait and that gk hardens it becomes EXPONENTIALLY more difficult to clean one’s own dishes. It’s out of laziness that I do my dishes right away, max I can allow is a 12 hour rule on dishes, much over 13 hours and I’ma do your dishes for you which hey, if you’re having a bad day, or disabled, or whatever, I’m not even opposed to helping with other people’s dishes because I am a samurai with those dishes. I just need acnkowledgement and gratitude if I do that, current roommates have never once ever thanked me for doing their lazy ass dishes. You can be grateful or messy but not both!! lol
TLDR: Seeking a roomie commity vibe of doing our own dishes promptly and don’t leave pee on the floor and I will be loving life.
