I’m looking for the right roommate—a respectful student or a simple working professional who DOESN’T COOK MUCH —who stays a short term 2-3 months ideally from 9/30/2025 to 12/10/2025 or negotiable —to share my clean, peaceful, and spacious 4-bedroom apartment in a safe, convenient, and friendly neighborhood of Brooklyn. This is a true home, not just a place to crash.
One room for one person, no couples, no pets, no smoking, and no alcohol drinking here. Let’s keep this quality home calm and respectful!:-)
In case you actually need a stable long term stay up to 8/31/2026, you can get a discoted rate of lower rent $999. Please know what suits you better!:-)

Corner of 72nd St and 19th Ave in Brooklyn, NY
3 blocks from the D express train (71st St)
Also close to the N train (18th Ave/ 64th St) and multiple bus lines (B4, B6, B8, B9)
Just 30 minutes to Canal St, Manhattan and 42 minutes to Time Square.
The Apartment:
• Large, sny 4-bedroom apartment with shining hardwood floors
• Super clean, bright, and spacious:-)
• Big windows everywhere—including the kitchen and bathroom
• Shared spaces: Fully equipped kitchen, windowed bathroom, dining area
• You have super nice roommates who are barely home to be in your way, so the home always stays simple, peaceful and tidy:-).
The Room:
• $1100 rent per month for SHORT STAY (ideally from 9/30/2025 to 12/10/2025 or negotiable) + $100 fixed monthly utilities
• Furnished with desk, chair, bed, closet, book shelves…
• A beautiful big room sized 12ft x 12ft with 3 big windows facing East and South, amazingly cheerful and filled with slight! Super beautiful and peaceful!:-)
• We are on the 2nd floor. No one bothers us on the top because we are on the top floor already! Enjoy the quality of resting and living here!:-)
• Airy, sny, and very quiet—perfect for rest or focus
• Just bring your suitcase and happily settle in!:-)
Move-In Requirements:
• First month’s rent: $1100 for SHORT STAY (ideally from 9/30/2025 to 12/10/2025 or negotiable)
• Refdable security deposit: $1100
• Utilities: $100 monthly
The Neighborhood:
• Tree-lined streets, very safe and friendly:-)
• Groceries, restaurants, cafes, ladromats, banks, shops, subways, and parks are all nearby:-)
• Great for quiet resting, relaxing walks, and fresh air:-)
