Single parent of a yog child seeking for a two-bedroom apartment in Bay Ridge (zip code 11209), as nearest to the Shore Road Promenade, Fort Hamilton Athletic Field, and Russell Pedersen Playgrod, as possible.

About Us: After living in St. George, Staten Island for three decades, I’ve been spoiled with spectacular views, convenience to public transportations and other nearby amenities, not to mention the view of Downtown Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. The Staten Island Ferry, although free, takes 30 minutes from my commutes to Manhattan.
The Shore Road Promenade is ideal for me because I am a rner. Parks and playgrods are great because my child loves them.
* Our budget is $2,400 (willing to pay a little extra if ALL utilities are included: heat, gas, water and electricity).
* I am also willing to pay for broker fees, refdable application fees and/or refdable backgrod checks.
* I am open to housing swaps, fortately we currently have a furnished large studio apartment to swap (first floor at entrance).
