About the space:
It is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment with rooms on each side. The room size can fit a queen or a full comfortably and has a full sized closet. It comes furnished. The bathroom is full sized as well and will only be sharing it with one other person (me) as the other roommates occupy the second bathroom.
Walking into the apartment there is lots of living room space which connects to the kitchen.
About the roommates: We are a very quiet bch who keeps to ourselves and work full time. There are two LGBTQ males who share the second bathroom together and are very kind and reserved. My roommate that is moving out wants to be closer to her church so she decided not to sign for a second year. They are honestly the best roommates I’ve had in all my time sharing apartments with others.
On site ladry, Supermarket and A train are only a 4-5 min walk and there are many buses in the area to commute.
I am looking for another woman to fill the empty room so it is evenly split amongst the apartment and bathrooms. Must be clean, responsible and easy to get along with.
