The rent for the room is $2300 per month, which includes all utilities. One month deposit is required.
The apartment is bright and airy, in a calm and quiet building. It’s a 5min walk to the G train, a 10min walk to the L train on Bedford, and a 10min walk to the ferry crossing the East River. McCarren Park and the shopping/restaurant area are right arod the corner.
