Large bedroom, morning light, 32-inch TV, a full-size bed, a dresser, and a wardrobe for your use. Duvet, bedsheets, towels, and kitchen items included. Cozy living room with 42” tv, couch and ottoman, dining room table to work from by the window, a kitchen island so you can cook and watch tv at the same time, and all of your kitchen needs.
I have Google TVs on both TVs, Sonos, and Google Home speakers that are easy to connect to as well.

– Heat, hot water, gas, electricity, plus high-speed Wi-Fi. All included.
– Yoga mat, weight bench, barbell & dumbbell set with assorted weight sizes as well as a smaller free weight set, a 10 lb. ab ball, etc. for at-home workouts
– Complete kitchen with appliances such as French press, microwave, food processor, smoothie maker, mixing tools, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc.
– Basic house cleaning products and supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc). Floor and rug vacuums.
– Ladry in the basement for $1.75 per wash, $1.75 per dry.

The apartment is 10 steps from the 2/3 and an 8-minute walk to the 4 train. It’s across the street from the Brooklyn Museum, a 6-minute walk to the Brooklyn Library, and 10 minutes to the top of Prospect Park.
NEIGHBORHOOD/ BUILDING_

The apartment is located on Eastern Parkway, steps from restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, ladromats (if you prefer), and a weekly Farmer’s Market that happens on Saturdays at Grand Army Plaza at the top of Prospect Park (3 blocks away from the apartment).
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS_
To book this place, you will need to provide ID, sign a sublet lease, and pay the Security Deposit ($TBD based on the amot of time) and the rent the week before moving in.)
