New York Liberty – An $80 million practice facility on the waterfront in Greenpoint. The 75,000-square-foot facility, fded entirely by the team’s ownership, is expected to open in 2027. Renderings of the new facility, which will sit on Newtown Creek, show a glass exterior on the water and an outdoor court decked out in the team’s seafoam green. On top of the building is an outdoor dining area for the team and grassy areas along the water.
