The super lives in building and is very responsive.
Location is beatable (4th ave / Pacific) it’s in the middle of Park Slope, Fort Greene, Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill, Boerum Hill, Gowanus and Downtown Brooklyn. It’s also very easy to get to Cobble Hill and Brooklyn Heights. Plenty of great cafes and shops nearby. The apartment is first floor street-facing, but on a side street that isn’t as loud.
Further, you will have access to the 2/3/4/5, B/D/N/Q/R trains and LIRR at Atlantic Terminal. The Pacific Street entrance is almost literally right outside. This has made getting arod extremely easy. I usually get to Manhattan in 15-20 mins.
I’ve lived here for over a year. I’m sad to leave this place, but a change in circumstances will require me to move in October. I will be also selling much of my furniture (standing desk, dining table, etc.) at a discot if you are interested. The tenants before me were a couple who lived here for at least 3 years. Act soon, won’t last!
