Looking to fill my beautiful second bedroom for a month or a few weeks in a lovely brownstone in the West 70’s!

HUGE private bedroom with private bathroom in a beautiful two-floor Upper West Side apartment. Entire bottom floor would be yours. Includes access to spacious living room, kitchen with dishwasher, big screen TV with high speed internet, Apple TV w/ Netflix, Hulu, Prime, HBOMax, etc. Extremely quiet and family-friendly neighborhood and less than a five minute walk from the B/C and 1/2/3 trains at 72nd Street.
Apartment and room are fully furnished. Room includes AC it, Queen-sized bed with pillow-top mattress, nightstand, loveseat sofa, coffee table, desk, dressers, and walk-in closet.
Dates: August 12 – September 12
$2000 for the month or $600 per week (includes utilities).
AMAZING LOCATION! 5-10 minute walk from LINCOLN CENTER, MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY, COLUMBUS CIRCLE, and more!
