APARTMENT:
– portable ladry machine & space to hang ladry

– stocked kitchen, you’re free to use my various condiments and things!
ROOM:
the room comes lightly furnished with a twin size japanese futon + tatami mat, a low table, a lamp and a sweet potato plant. it has a big closet! it can also come furnished if that’s your preference. photo here is what it looks like furnished.
ROOMMATE:
i’m a chinese woman in my late twenties, i work as a labor ion researcher. i mostly work from home, but will have a few pockets of travel during the month so there will be times when you can have the apartment to yourself. i like to use my home space to recharge but enjoy casual chatting too. looking for someone clean, commicative, and respectful, which i will always try to reciprocate! my friends have described me as a “#1 commicator.”
