This room is $48 per night, available for 2 to 4 nights for one stay, possibly a bit longer. This is a modest room for 1 or a couple, yog travelers that need to come to NYC for a few days. Please state in your message what exact dates you are looking for, why you are coming to NYC, and say a few words about you. If you need to stay a bit longer than 4 night, make a case for it! Longer (and more people) possible for Memorial Day weekend.

As of now, the room is available starting May 21.
Located on the garden floor of a two-story brick townhouse, the furnished room has a new queen size bed, some shelf space, and a window.
Wifi, access to kitchen, shared bathroom, livingroom.
10 min from Prospect Park and the Botanical Gardens, and a 10 minute bike ride to the Brooklyn Museum. The 2/5 trains are closest, the B/G a bit further are within walking distance, as are local buses (B44 goes to BedStuy and Williamsburg) and Citibikes (station a block away).
Nearby spots include the Owl Music Bar, Bar Bayeux and the Green Room (all music venues), the popular Names restaurant, Fiona’s bar, Prospect Park Smorgelborg, Grand Army Plaza green market, Kings Theatre and much more.
$20 cleaning fee per stay.
