This apartment is currently available til January 1st, 2026 & you pay on a month to month basis of $1400. No extra fees, the apartment is catered to college students & people who need help getting back on their feet. You will receive the mailbox key, an extra key to the apartment, and a key to the parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you want to book an appointment to view the apartment with me and the superintendent, the deposit is $25 via Zelle, which you will receive back, as it is to hold your spot if want to move in on the day you want. Rules are no smoking, bathroom and kitchen are to be kept clean and to keep doors locked. There is a place attached to the building where plastic and trash go, separated. During the viewing you will be able to meet the superintendent who is in charge of all building issues, including heat and repairs. If you decide to move in you will be able to read and sign the rental agreement & move forward with talks of the security deposit.
