A ninth-floor office on the corner of Broadway and Union Square West [B’way and 17th Street], entirely private, a comfortable size for one or two people – I’m a writer, and it’s a great place to work – a window with a north-facing view [the Empire State Building included]. I’m subletting for three months and asking just what it is that I’m paying – I’d rather have a responsible person on the premises than make a profit. All utilities included, the one hitch being that I use my next-door neighbor’s internet and pay him $90 a month – if you don’t want it, you don’t have to pay for it.
