The it has a Scandinavian-style kitchen, modern bathroom, and large studio space for living, working and sleeping. Lodi is about 30 minutes from Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Geneva. Your house-broken and well behaved dog (<40 lbs) and/or cat is welcome too. Off-street Parking is available. Washer and dryer is included. $1,250.00 per month including all utilities & wifi.
