This house is available for individual room leases, and we are looking for new roommates to join. Rooms are offered at different rates. The earliest move-in date is NOW. Please read our house rules carefully. In-person tours are available.
The house is about a 5-minute walk to the University Plaza shuttle/bus stop and is very close to Planet Fitness, Starbucks, various restaurants, and banks. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful yard.
House features include:

– Home theater with reclining sofa
– Fiber internet with 7G WiFi
– Whole-house water filter
– Central AC
– Three ladry areas
– Two large kitchens equipped with glass stoves, range hoods, dishwashers, microwaves, plenty of cabinets, and refrigerators

– Robot floor cleaner
**Lease Terms:**
– First and last month’s rent, as well as the security deposit, are due at signing.
– Rent includes heating and ladry. Electricity, internet, and water bills are shared.
– Clean and Quiet is our House Rule here. No smoking, no pets, no parties, no sleepover guests, no loud noise, no strong odors, and no littering.
Leases are individual, with the first year requiring a 12-month commitment. After the first year, leases are available only from summer to summer (the end of May /Je /July). No half-year, month-to-month, or winter-ending leases are available. You are also required to share monthly cleaning duties and provide photos for proof.
