This one bedroom, one bath with tub and shower is at Star-Light Mobile Home Park (one of two persons must be 55 plus).
The park is at 29 feet elevation and has never flooded. The trailer is completely refurbished, partially furnished with optional furniture and draperies included and has an additional enclosed outside porch, a bonus room and a utility room that were added on. The appliances and A/C (two wall its) are new this past year; electric has been upgraded and the plumbing has as well. There is room enough (and fixtures) for full washer/dryer hookup in the utility room.

The home and park are situated just near the base of the Indian Rocks Beach Bridge in Pinellas Coty FL (less than a mile from the Gulf beaches, an easy walk or bike ride) and a mile from Publix and Walmart, various other shops, restaurants and doctor offices. Roughly four miles from two separate HCA hospitals in Largo and six miles to Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. Tampa International Airport is 23 miles and Clearwater Largo Airport is 10 miles away. Bus stops to beaches, downtowns and more a three minute walk, as well as a convenience store and liquor store, gas station and great Italian/Pizza place.
