Our rent includes all utilities, Internet, free use of washer and dryer, and we even provide the soap. Total monthly rent and security deposit are each $2600, split between three people, usually evenly according to room size.

811 N. Tioga Street was built in 1903 to be one of the largest apartment houses in the area. There was a carriage house in the back, but apartments housed residents at least from the 1920s. Only in 2009 the carriage house was turned into two-story townhouse-style apartments. There is a rustic courtyard between the main house and the carriage house, and there is a picnic table.
The interiors of these apartments are fully renovated, with modern kitchens and bathrooms. All have dishwashers, garbage disposals, large refrigerators, and microwaves. This apartment has a 25 cubic foot french door fridge. The kitchens are well-appointed with dishes, silverware, recently purchased ceramic pots and pans (no teflon), and of course a coffee maker and bean grinder.
This apartment is the second floor of our main house in the quiet, residential, Fall Creek area below Cornell. There are three bedrooms, plus a huge, separated living/bed room with a queen bed, and a dining room/living area with two couches. The apartment is about 1300 square feet. Ceilings are just over 9′ instead of the standard 8 feet.
Parking is on-street, and there is usually plenty of parking available. Please be careful not to block anyone’s driveway. Please also be respectful with our neighbors, most of whom have been here for decades.
