This is a nice 2 bedroom apartment with professional paint just completed and brand new vynil hardwood looking floors. Has it’s own private balcony with side yard and street view. One bathroom and large eat in kitchen with walk out to private balcony. Ideal tenant will have great credit, one car (max) and no pets. Will be available to view on July 2 between noon and 1:30 pm.
