Enjoy subletting in this spacious ~1000 sq ft 3 bedroom apt in the heart of Park Slope (5th Ave, btwn 1st St/2nd St). Right next to all the restaurants, bars, and shops in Park Slope, and just a 10min walk to Prospect Park. 2min walk to Washington Park, with a very kid friendly playgrod (JJ Byrnes) and soccer fields. 15min walk to Barclay’s Center. Park Slope is a lovely neighborhood in brownstone Brooklyn. As they say location, location, location!!
The apartment has recently been renovated. Two incredibly spacious, well-lit bedrooms (first two photos are of the master bedroom, with beautiful arched casement window and non fctioning “fireplace”; second two are of the other spacious bedroom) are on opposite ends of the apartment, providing plenty of privacy from either kids or roommates. Queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and spacious closets in both bedrooms, with a desk in the second bedroom. There is an elliptical in the master bedroom you can use (save on summer gym membership!).
The 3rd bedroom (in between the two bedrooms) is smaller. It is currently a kids bedroom, with a twin bed. Photo attached.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and fully supplied (dishes, pots/pans, toaster, Air Fryer, etc) and dishwasher. There is a large sofa and TV in the living room. 1 full bathroom.
Note the apartment is a 4th floor walk up (3 flights up), but flip side is no one is above you and incredibly well lit.
