I have had this incredible Time Share since 2003. It first started out as a Mom & Pop and then was bought by Wyndham in 2012. I get ALL of the Wyndham Global amenities at the locked in low price I negotiated back on 2003. So will you.

I have week3 (Martin Luther King week) locked in for life. It is locked in at Shawnee PA. (It is a quaint town; 15 minutes from the NJ/PA border.) It is a ski week. Please go to the website. I agree (please do not use this as a negotiating point) it is not VT, the Catskills or NE NY. We bought it because we had 4 yog children (a huge ski school is there) and it is only a 2 hour drive from NYC.
I also get 3 Getaway weeks where I can go almost anywhere. The better you are at working the Timeshare D-base, the better the places and months. Those weeks cost $239 per 6-days/nights. We have been to Orlando FL often, Newport RI often, Vernon NJ, Boston MA, Chicago IL, Aruba, Mexico and Europe several times. All were 4-star resorts but 12-14 times we were in a 5-star one. Kudos to my wife.
We are ‘Timeshared out’, as those 4 yog children are now 33-26. Timeshares from Wyndham start at 35K (the not so nice ones) and go up to 90K. It is all about the home location you chose and how many weeks you would like. And the beauty of this entire thing is… the yearly maintenance fee is just $1000. It is paid EVERY year on April 1st. It goes up 4% a year.
This is a cash only transaction and we can use your lawyer so you feel comfortable with the process. The deed has no leans on it and to get a new deed it is $550. I will pay for that. After you see the website on Shawnee; send me an email. Thank you. Edward
