Back-yard has a garage where you will have some storage space, a plum tree (bears very good plums) and a cherry tree (birds eat all of them though). One can hang a hammock, BBQ, or s bathe.

Pizzeria, Chinese take-out, Sushi restaurant, Indian restaurant, Dry cleaning, 2 Ladromats, Grocery market, Salon, Spa, 2 Convenience stores, Dkin Donuts, Pharmacy, Taekwondo school, and a Dollar store are less than a block away.

Q23 bus stop is 2 ½ blocks away, the bus goes to the 71st Continental Av subway station (E, F, M & R trains). LIRR station is about a 11-12 minute walk and the 71st Continental Av subway station is about 13-14 minute walk.
Kids are zoned for PS. 144, which our son’s alma mater.
Neighbors on both the sides of the house are very quiet.
Garbage pick-up from the back of the house is on Wed and Sat am and recycle  pickup  from the front of the house is on Sat am.
The pictures have my furniture and I can take out everything or you can pick & choose what you want to use.
