I have very nice, bright, and peaceful 63sqm 1 bedroom apartment in Neukölln available for a August 17-September 13, as we will be traveling to New York City for work. I’m looking for a swap of an apartment in new york while I’m there.

My apartment is renovated, spacious, and equipped with all that you need.
I have a large living room with a sny balcony, a cozy bedroom with clothing rack for your clothes, and a kitchen with new appliances and dishwasher. Bathroom has a nice new bathtub and shower. Apartment is on the top floor, and there is an elevator.
The apartment is right near Karl Marx U and a short walk to the Neukölln. S+U. Although it’s right off of busy street it’s very quiet in the flat. Very walkable area, and ideal location for someone visiting Berlin as it’s easy to get to attractions and cool areas.
Looking for:
Ideally looking to trade for a flat in New York City with a similar size, but open. Because it’s pretty last minute, we may also be open to trading for a larger room in a shared flat. Just email me and we can discuss!
